VHCA SCHOOL BOARD requires the following:
Requirements for Graduation: Twenty-four (24) units of credit are required for a General Graduation Certificate and twenty-six (26) units of credit are required for a College Preparatory Graduation Certificate. Requirements for classification of grade standards are as follows:
Freshman (Grade 9) successfully completed Grade 8
Sophomore (Grade 10) completed a minimum of 6 credits as a Freshman
Junior (Grade 11) completed a minimum of 12 credits as a Sophomore
Senior (Grade 12) completed a minimum of 18 credits as a Junior
Graduation completed a minimum of 24 credits as a Senior
**All students in grades 7 – 12 must maintain a passing grade in Bible every semester.
**All students in grades 9 – 12 must successfully complete their respective Christian Service Program
